By linking to your child’s account and setting up parental controls, you can help customize their experience to reflect what makes sense for your family. We understand how complex online environments can be, and no system is perfect, so we encourage you to also have open conversations with your child about online safety so they know to come to you if they experience anything that makes them feel uncomfortable.
To set up parental controls on behalf of your child, you’ll need to create a Roblox account and to link it to your child’s account.
To access parental controls from your account, you’ll be asked to verify your age using a government-issued ID or credit card, and then to link to your child’s account.
Once linked, you’ll be able to view and update parental controls from your own device. This will also give you access to insights about your child’s Roblox usage, including screen time and on-platform connections.
